Service limitations

This page explains the intended role of Dorsonian's services. It is not a substitute for the signed quote and services agreement, which will control each engagement.

Computational information, not engineering advice

Dorsonian provides customer-defined computational analysis, result fields, requested numerical quantities, visualizations, numerical quality checks, and stated limitations. Dorsonian does not select a design, determine safety or adequacy, approve a product, or provide a guarantee, warranty, certification, regulatory approval, or professional-engineer stamp. Accuracy depends on the supplied geometry, material data, loads, boundary conditions, simplifications, numerical methods, and available test evidence.

Customer inputs and assumptions

The quote will identify customer-supplied or customer-approved inputs, computational assumptions, requested quantities, deliverables, exclusions, and numerical checks. Dorsonian will flag missing or inconsistent inputs but will not invent design-critical inputs. Material changes may require revised scope, price, or timing.

Physical testing and safety

Simulation does not replace required physical testing, qualified design review, or regulatory compliance. Dorsonian does not accept work that asks it to choose design-critical inputs, interpret a result as safe/unsafe or adequate/inadequate, provide pass/fail engineering judgment, sign off, certify, or direct what should be built. Projects involving a credible risk of injury, major property damage, or regulated failure require appropriately licensed or qualified specialists and verification outside the standard services.

Software

Studies use professionally maintained solvers and meshing tools selected for the scoped physics. The choice of software does not by itself establish model accuracy. Each deliverable documents the checks appropriate to its scope.

No engagement through this website

Website content and an enquiry do not create a client relationship. Work begins only after both parties accept a written agreement and the stated prerequisites are complete.
